This is a great Casserole. Easy to fisx and very filling. To feed all of my family I doubled the recipe, and instead of the almonds, I added shreaded cheese the last five minutes of cooking. I did have to increase the cooking time a little. Just until I saw it bubbeling. My kids loved it!

This dish is fantastic!! I left off the almonds for my picky boyfriend, and added extra pepper for a bit more kick. We love it. It is very easy to make and the leftovers are even better the next day. Thank you for this one. It’s delicious!!
