Description

Potato chops. They can be served as a main dish, or make them into smaller sizes and they will be wonderful party appetitzers!

Ingredients

  • 5 whole Potatoes
  • 3 dashes Salt And Pepper
  • 5-⅓ ounces, weight Porcini Mushrooms
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Frankie Masala
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs, Or As Needed To Bread The Potatoes

Preparation

1. Wash and boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin after they are cooked. Start mashing them up. Add dashes of salt and pepper.
2. Remove the stems of the mushrooms and wash them. Dice them up into small cubes.
3. Get 2 chicken breasts and dice them into small cubes.
4. Heat a wok and add the diced mushrooms. Fry them for about 2 minutes.
5. Add in the chicken and Frankie Masala. Stir-fry them well.
6. Grab 1 tablespoon of mashed potatoes. Flatten it.
7. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the fillings onto the flatten potato.
8. Add another piece of flatten mashed potato on top. You will need some patchwork skills.
9. Dip those potato chops into the beaten egg, then coat them with breadcrumbs.
10. Pan-fry them on low heat.
11. Serve with chilli sauce.
