Description

These tenderloins are to DIE for! This is our family’s favorite grilling recipe. The secret is to not overcook them lest they become too dry. They are delicious by themselves but the dipping sauce pushes them over the edge!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE PORK:
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • ½ cups Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 4 whole (12 Oz. Size) Pork Tenderloins
  • Seasoned Salt And Pepper
  • _____
  • FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE:
  • ½ cups Mayonnasie
  • ¼ cups Sour Cream
  • ¼ teaspoons Real Garlic, Minced
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper

Preparation

Mix together oil, soy sauce, honey, onion and garlic powder. Marinate tenderloins in the mixture at least 6 hours or overnight.

Sprinkle meat with seasoned salt and pepper. Grill over hot coals for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and cut into 3/4″ slices. Return to the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes more or to desired doneness. Medallions should be pink in the center, do not overcook, or they will be too dry.

Mix the dipping sauce ingredients together and chill until ready to eat.

I make the marinade using real onions and garlic. It is also my favorite grilling recipe. I’m going to have to try the dipping sauce to go with it!
