Description

This is a delicious, “meal on the run” type of dinner that will, hopefully, satisfy even the pickiest eater.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Onion, Halved Then Sliced
  • 2 whole Carrots, Sliced Chunky
  • 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Halved Then Sliced
  • 1 whole Turnip, Peeled, Quartered Then Sliced
  • ½ Tablespoons Dry Oregano
  • ½ Tablespoons Dry Parsley
  • ¼ teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
  • ½ Tablespoons Dry Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • ½ pounds Pre-cooked Pork Tenderloin, Sliced

Preparation

In a medium fry pan, heat olive oil. Add onion, carrots, bell pepper, turnip and half of the seasonings. Saute on medium-high heat until onions are translucent and veggies are just tender. Add sliced pork, reduce heat to medium, add remainder of spices, and continue cooking until pork is hot, about 10 minutes.
