Description

A meal that is quick, easy and delicious! All it involves is rice, seasoning and meat. Do you need something fast? Just cook this. It’s healthy, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless Pork Chops
  • 4 cups Cooked And Refrigerated Brown Rice
  • ½ cups Lite Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • Salt/pepper To Taste
  • 3 Tablespoons "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter"
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 Medium Yellow Or White Onion, Chopped

Preparation

Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a wok on medium heat. Cut pork into small pieces, and toss into wok once heated. Cook until brown. Remove pork and set aside. Next, add the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil to the wok and toss in the chopped onion. Cook until soft. Place two eggs in the wok, and stir until eggs are fully cooked with the onion. Finally, add all remaining ingredients to the wok (including the pork). Stir and let cook until rice has absorbed sauces, butter is fully melted, and the rice is heated through.

You can really use any meat you would like: shrimp, chicken or pork. We cook the brown rice at the beginning of the week, and use it throughout the week in different meals. This helps make the preparation faster. Also, I learned real fried rice is made from 3-day-old rice.
