Description

But really. Doesn’t Milanese anything taste amazing?

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 whole Pork Chops
  • 2 pinches Salt And Pepper
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • Cooking Spray

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 375 F. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat.

In two separate dishes (while oil is heating) … Combine your breadcrumbs and cinnamon in one dish; and beat your egg in the other.

Season each pork chop with salt and pepper, then coat in egg. Dredge pork chops in your breadcrumb/cinnamon mixture and set aside.

When oil is hot, add in your pork chops. Brown on the first side for 3-4 minutes and add your butter into the skillet as it browns. Then flip over and brown the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Transfer your pork chops to your greased baking dish and cook in the oven for 6-7 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through.

Transfer chops to your serving plate, and cut your lemon in half. Use one half to squeeze juice on top of each pork chop, then cut the other half into slices for garnish.

Serve and enjoy!
