Description
A savory pizza-flavored quiche. Better make two!
Ingredients
- 1 whole 9 Inch Pie Crust
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 4 ounces, weight Sausage, Cooked And Drained
- ½ cups Pepperoni, Diced
- ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Preparation
Bake the pie crust at 450°F for 5 minutes. Take the crust out of the oven and lower the oven temperature to 350°F.
Mix all the ingredients and pour them into the pie crust. Put the pie back in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
