Description

Three-cheese rosemary garlic pizza bites are cook up in just 3 minutes in a Babycakes Cake Pop Maker.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary, Finely Chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella, Shredded
  • ⅔ cups Ricotta Cheese
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 ounces, weight Pillsbury Crescent Roll Dough

Preparation

Mix olive oil, garlic and rosemary in a small bowl and set aside. Mix cheeses in a separate bowl and set aside.

Roll out dough and press together seams. Use a knife or pizza cutter to make 24 small squares (four cuts lengthwise and 6 cuts on the shorter side.)

Brush olive oil mixture over the dough. Place 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture on each square. Pull up the sides of the dough over the cheese and roll into a ball. Repeat for all of the squares.

Place 12 balls into pre-heated cake pops maker. Close lid and cook for about 3 minutes, turning halfway through if you have a rotating maker. We used a Babycakes Cake Pop Maker. If you are using a different appliance, follow the cooking instructions for that appliance.

Remove pizza bites with toothpicks. Repeat process with remaining pizza bites.

I made these for a girls night using my Babycakes Cake Pop maker and they were delicious! Super simple and had a great flavor. They were a hit! I served them with some warmed marinara sauce and people gobbled them up! Great recipe and thanks for sharing!
