Description

I went there yes I did. Hello Football Sundays! These are great for parties, snacks or whenever.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Sirlion Steak Or You Can Use Cube Steak.
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped Into 1-inch Pieces
  • 2 whole Bell Peppers, 1 Red 1 Green Chopped Into 1 Inch Pieces
  • ¼ cups Half-and-half
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips Any Kind You Fancy, 12 Ounce Bag

Preparation

Place steak on a broiler pan, pour worcestershire on both sides. Broil 5-8 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of your steak. (You can use leftover cooked steak as well).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and saute peppers and onions until tender, about 20 minutes.

When steak is done, let it rest while peppers and onions are cooking.

Meanwhile heat half and half in a medium sauce pan on medium heat and when it starts to steam throw in 1 Tablespoon of butter, cheese and pepper and lower heat to low. Stir constantly until smooth. Keep an eye on it and continue stirring occasionally.

Slice steak super thin and cut into 1 inch pieces. Place nacho chips on a large platter, top with peppers and onions then steak and pour cheese sauce over it all. Serve warm.
