Description

For those days you’re in a pinch for time, naan works perfect as a crust for an instant pizza!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Naan
  • 4 Tablespoons Basil Pesto
  • 1 whole Tomato, Sliced Thin
  • Kosher Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
  • 6 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced Thin

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 415ºF.

Place naan on a sheet pan and spread with equal amounts of pesto on each. Lay slices of tomato, season with kosher salt and black pepper, and finally top with some mozzarella slices. Place in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes OR until cheese is melted and the crust is a deep golden and crispy. Let cool for a few minutes and serve!

I love making little personal pizzas with naan. I will have to try this. I’ve never thought of using pesto.

This recipe is so amazing!!! Being a stay at home mom I am always trying to come up with delicious yet EASY meals. Not every dinner has to take time and this one is so simple and full of flavor!!! I love it!!!
