Description

Easy and delicious meal for four!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Penne Pasta
  • ½ sticks Butter
  • ⅓ cups Vodka
  • 1-½ cup Tomato Sauce
  • ½ cups Table Cream
  • ½ Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 pinches Smoky Pepper Flakes
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese (Shredded/Optional)

Preparation

-Get 4 quarts of water boiling, add a dash of salt to the water (this will flavor the noodles), once water is boiling add in the penne pasta and stir every once in a while (follow the directions on the box). When it is cooked drain pasta in a strainer.

-In a large skillet melt the butter over medium heat. When it starts foaming (this will look like it is simmering very rapidly), add in the vodka. Stir the two until the vodka has mostly evaporated.

-Stir in the tomato sauce and table cream (stir until it is a light orange and they are incorporated well together).

-Add in the sugar, smoky pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly.

-When the sauce is hot add the noodles into the skillet and stir the two together. Then plate (this is when you put the parmesan cheese on top) and lastly eat it. Hope you enjoy!
