Description

Sea scallops topped with a nutty crumb topping. If bay scallops are used, reduce the wine and adjust baking time accordingly.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ pound Sea Scallops
  • ¼ cups White Wine
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Salt And Pepper
  • ½ cups Cracker Crumbs
  • ½ cups Chopped Pecans
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Rinse and pat scallops dry; arrange in a baking dish.

Combine wine and lemon juice and season with salt & pepper; pour over scallops.

Mix together cracker crumbs, pecans and parsley and sprinkle evenly over scallops.

Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until topping is golden and scallops are opaque.
