Known in Italy as the “harlot’s dinner.” Ladies of the evening always had a pot on the stove. It’s fast and easy, just like the ladies, I guess.
Brown or saute garlic, red pepper flakes, olives and capers in oil for about 10 minutes, stirring a few times.
While this is browning, put Rotel (drained) on medium heat. Then add garlic, pepper flakes, capers, olives to the Rotel. Mix, simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook pasta as directed on box/package. I use penne but any choice of pasta will do.
Drain water from pasta, add sauce mixture to pasta, add your favorite bread and enjoy.
