A quick and flavorful dish for those busy nights!
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, add onions to olive oil and cook until onions are soft and translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add drained black beans and cajun seasoning. Cook until black beans begin to soften. Add tomatoes in their juice. Cook until mixture begins to boil. Add in sliced sausage and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over pasta.
