I’m making these for the third time tonight. We absolutely love them. Make them exactly as written and they’re just perfect. You can even sub other herbs for the parsley, like sage or oregano. And whatever you do, don’t forget the lemon – a couple of squeezes on each chop really adds a great flavor.

SO delicious! Pork can be so tricky, but these were tender enough to cut with a fork and so very yummy- definitely a keeper- thanks!

We made these this evening. I only had Italian falvoured Panko crumbs but they were still fantastic!! These officially made the list of “regular’ recipes.

This is my new favourite way to eat fast fry pork chops, love the lemon and parmesan together and the panko makes it!!!

Husband said it was the best chops I’ve ever made (and I’ve made a lot, and he’s known to be a tough critic!) so I’m sure they will be on regular rotation.

SO good! I forgot to buy pork chops, so made these with chicken instead. It was awesome, and I can’t wait to try it with pork chops next time!
