Description

Delicious salmon, seasoned and covered in panko bread crumbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Lemon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Dill Weed
  • 2-½ cups Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 4  Salmon Fillets (about 100g Size)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Mix together panko, salt, lemon pepper and dill weed in a bowl.

Place oil and butter in a bowl and heat in microwave to melt butter; blend together. Dip salmon in oil mixture and then roll into panko mix, covering both sides.

Place on baking sheet and cook in oven for 15 minutes. Switch from bake to broil and broil on high for an additional 3 minutes to crisp.
