Description

A quick, yummy, and easy dinner!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Pesto
  • 4 whole Boneless Pork Loin Chops (about 3/4 Inch Thick)
  • ½ cups Panko Crumbs
  • ¼ cups Olive Oil, Or As Needed

Preparation

Spread 1/2 tablespoon of pesto on each side of pork. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon panko crumbs on each side and press to adhere.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a generous amount of olive oil (about 1/4 cup). Place all pork chops in skillet. Cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side. Be sure to check the center of each pork chop to ensure it is cooked through.

Serve immediately.

Delicious, and super simple to make! We had clean plates all around. Will definitely make again, possibly with chicken (we always have chicken in the house, pork chops require a special purchase at the store).
