Description

Oven Roasted Shrimp is an easy and tasty way to prepare shrimp. There’s no waiting on the water to boil! Only olive oil, sea salt and pepper, and then a little garlic butter for dipping. So simple and so delicious.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Shell On Shrimp
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
  • ½ cups Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic, Smashed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a shallow roasting pan or cookie sheet, spread shrimp into a single layer. Drizzle olive oil over the shrimp, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss shrimp to coat evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp is pink, curled and cooked through. Meanwhile, heat butter and smashed garlic clove in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove garlic clove and serve the melted butter with shrimp. It’s that easy!

Enjoy!
