Delicious easy chicken strips everyone will love!
1. Pour buttermilk into dish and mix in one package of dry ranch mix.
2. Salt and pepper raw chicken strips and submerge in buttermilk. Let stand in refridgerator for about 30 minutes.
3. In shallow dish, mix bread crumbs and remaining ranch package.
4. Dredge the buttermilk-soaked chicken breasts in bread crumbs until each strip is fully coated.
5. Place on baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
6. Melt butter then drizzle on each strip.
7. Bake in a 350ºF oven for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
