Description

Super flavorful dinner option for two any weeknight.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Spaghetti
  • ½ teaspoons Salt (for Spaghetti Water)
  • 6 ounces, weight Sirloin Steak
  • 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade Jelly
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • ½ cups Sliced Red Bell Pepper
  • ½ cups Sliced White Onion
  • ½ cups Snow Peas
  • Green Onions, Diced For Garnish

Preparation

In a pot of boiling salted water, add spaghetti and cook according to box instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cut sirloin steak into strips and place in a mixing bowl. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and orange marmalade. Stir well to combine, set aside.

In a saute pan over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add sliced bell peppers, sliced onions, and sauté several minutes until tender. Empty mixing bowl ingredients of steak strips and marinade into the saute pan, stir, and sauté 2–3 minutes. Add snow peas and cook 3 minutes on medium high heat, stirring while cooking.

Divided cooked spaghetti between bowls and ladle orange beef and veggies on top (be generous). Garnish with diced green onions. Enjoy!
