Delicious chicken strips to put on salads, use for sandwiches, or eat as is!
Cut chicken breasts into strips. Place in 1 layer in a baking dish. Strip leaves from rosemary sprigs and sprinkle over chicken. Pour lime juice, hot sauce and soy sauce over chicken and sprinkle with salt. Cover and let soak for at least 30 minutes.
Saute in olive oil on medium-low heat until cooked through and juices no longer run pink. Feel free to change amounts of any ingredients to taste!
