Description

Favorite fall flavors come together for an extremely versatile main dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Bone-in Chicken, "griller's Pack"
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel, then oil them with about a Tablespoon of olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix the 2 Tablespoons of remaining oil, both mustards, maple syrup, parsley, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper together in a small bowl.

Grill the chicken over indirect-medium heat for 15-20 minutes, then flip and brush with mustard glaze. Grill another 15-20 minutes and repeat – depending on the size of the pieces, you’ll need about 40 minutes total.

If roasting in the oven, preheat to 375 degrees F. Brush with glaze and roast for 45 minutes.

Delicious! I usually cook my chicken for an hour on the grill, with indirect heat. Then I grill it indirectly for a few minutes to finish it.

I have made this recipe so many times! I generally use thigh meat or drumsticks. So so good. A staple at our house!

Made these last night for dinner. I roasted them in the oven at 375, then turned up the oven 450 for a little bit to crisp up the skin. It had great flvor and the chicken was very moist and juicy. Thanks for the recipe!

Just made this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic! I only had chicken breasts on hand so I used them instead and it was delicious! I kept basting the breasts with this wonderful marinade and they were tender and juicy! Looking forward to making again!
