Description

This mustard glazed salmon is simple, delicious and quintessentially Northwest. The sweet mustard glaze gives the salmon additional flavor and the grains of mustard add texture and crunch. A wonderful perk is that this takes almost no prep and just a few minutes of hands off cooking – nothing could be better for a weeknight or a dinner party!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Salmon Filet
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cups Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

Preparation

1)Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a sheet pan with a sheet of foil.
2)In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients (except salmon) until they are well combined.
3)Place the salmon on the sheet pan, and coat the salmon with the mustard glaze.
4)Roast the salmon in the oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is barely cooked through and the glaze has melted into the fish.
5)Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
