Description

Trust me, you do not have to be a mushroom lover to try this dish. But you should HAVE to try it. This is wonderfully rich and a perfect side for many meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 stick Butter, Melted
  • 1 can (10.5 Oz. Can) Beef Consomme
  • 1 can (10.5 Oz. Can) French Onion Soup
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Mushrooms

Preparation

In a baking dish, pour your rice, melted butter, beef consomme and French onion soup. Lastly, add your mushrooms and stir all ingredients together slightly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until top is browned.
