Description

The flavors of a muffaletta sandwich in the form of a pizza!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE OLIVE SALAD:
  • 1 cup Green Olives, Chopped
  • 1 cup Black Olives, Chopped
  • 6 ounces, fluid Marinated Artichokes, Undrained
  • ½ cups Roasted Red Peppers, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Jarred Garlic
  • FOR THE PIZZA:
  • 1 whole Pizza Dough
  • ¾ cups Hard Salami, Chopped
  • ¾ cups Smoked Ham, Chopped
  • 8 ounces, fluid Italian Cheese Blend, Shredded
  • ½ teaspoons Oregano

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine all the ingredients for the olive salad. Stir. Drizzle oil over pizza dough. Spread olive salad over dough. Top with half the salami and half the ham. Spread cheese on top of meat layer. Top with remaining meat and sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.

Awesome change up to regular pizza toppings. Will maybe try in the future a tomato sauce to add a little sweet to the salty.
