Description

The name says it all. This is my mom’s pork tenderloin recipe that is now a favorite of my roommates. It goes perfect with roasted potatoes and my green bean recipe.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Olive Oil (or Peanut Oil)
  • ½ cups Soy Sauce (less Sodium Preferred)
  • ¼ cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced (or 1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder)
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley (or 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley)
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Yellow Mustard
  • 1-½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 whole (enough To Serve 4) Pork Tenderloin

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a gallon-size bag and mix together. Put pork tenderloin in the bag and marinate for 4 or more hours.

2. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Once oven is preheated, place pork tenderloin in a 9×13 baking dish (with or without the marinade, whichever you prefer) and bake for 30-45 minutes until no longer pink.

My family loves this recipe (even my 3 little girls). I didn’t have dry mustard on hand so I added a tablespoon of Dijon mustard instead. Tasted great!

My family loves this recipe. I made it this evening and was out of dried yellow mustard so I used a tablespoon of Dijon mustard instead. It was delicious.
