Description

Wonderful, easy chicken dish that will have you asking for more!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • ¼ cups White Wine
  • 1 cup Stuffing Mix - Herb Or Chicken
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Butter a casserole dish large enough to hold the 4 chicken breasts. Place the chicken in the buttered casserole and season with salt and pepper. Layer the cheese slices on top, about 2 slices per chicken breast.

Place the soup and the wine in a bowl and mix this together. You can season it with salt and pepper if you like. Pour over the cheese.

Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top and drizzle with melted butter.

Bake for 45 minutes. Serve right away. Yum!

I have made this for a long time, people that don’t care for chicken even love it. I double the wine, cheese slices, and can of cream of chicken for extra gravy. Love it!
