Description

This is a lighter version of a recipe I found online. The fat and sodium has been greatly reduced without compromising any of the amazing flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4  Chicken Breasts, Boneless And Skinless
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • ½ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic (or Garlic Powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Onion And Herb (or Any Seasoning Mix)
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 F. Wash and dry chicken pieces and place them in a greased 9×13 baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients to make a paste. Spread the paste evenly on the chicken breasts. Bake the chicken uncovered for about 35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the Parmesan is golden brown.

Made this tonight for dinner…the whole family LOVED it! This recipe was so easy and quick…a definite keeper! I did substitute smoked provolone for the parmesan (it was what I had on hand) and it was really good. Thanks for sharing!
