Mini meatball sandwiches on slider buns with melted cheese and marinara sauce.
1. Mix and combine ground pork, ground beef, bread crumbs and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
2. Roll into 12 meatballs.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs evenly on all sides until dark brown.
4. Take meatballs out and set aside.
5. After skillet cools, add the sauce, garlic powder, and remaining parmesan cheese.
6. Heat and add the meatballs.
7. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes.
8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
9. Put buns on a foil-lined baking sheet.
10. Butter the buns and sprinkle with garlic powder. Top with mozzarella cheese.
11. Put in the oven until cheese is melted.
12. Serve meatballs on the cheesy garlic buns.
