Marvelous Marinade

Description
This is an easy to prepare marinade for beef, poultry, or pork. I’ve used it to marinate chicken breasts, boneless pork chops and london broil to be cooked on the grill. All three were delicious!
Ingredients
- ¾ cups Soy Sauce
- ½ cups Onion, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a gallon size Ziploc bag, add meat of your choosing and marinate in the fridge for 4-6 hours before grilling.

The shorties – ages 3, 5, and almost 7 – gobbled up the chicken that I marinated in this today. In my book, that always gets 5 mitts!
