Description

Marinate this overnight and get the most moist and tender chicken you’ve ever had!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cups Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 pound Chicken Thighs, Skin Removed

Preparation

In a gallon ziplock bag, combine mustard, syrup, vinegar, and salt and pepper. Add in chicken and seal the bag. Massage the mixture into the chicken and marinate overnight.

Preheat your oven to 450ºF. Pour the chicken mixture into a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
