This salmon recipe was both delicious and easy (my favorite combination!). My husband and I really enjoyed the tangy flavor of the sauce, and I felt like the basting kept the fish moist. It was so quick both to prepare and to cook that I will definitely be making it again. Next time I think I’ll make extra sauce and serve it all over brown rice. Thanks Jennifer!

This was a great recipe, but I would have liked to season the fish fillet before basting, just to give it another layer of flavor. The sauce was awesome and had a lot of flavor and it rounded out the taste of the fish.
