A highly adaptable recipe that can be made to suit anyone’s tastes.
Combine butter and flour together to form a roux. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and dry mustard. Pour in milk and whisk to combine. Simmer over medium-low heat until thickened.
Stir in grated cheese until combined. Pour over uncooked pasta in an oven proof dish. Cook in a 350ºF oven uncovered for approximately 45 minutes (bake uncovered if you want it saucier).
