This was great. We didn’t follow the recipe exactly, but we had flour tortillas that were going bad, and I never would have thought of making them into chips. We used leftover chicken, onions and peppers from the fajitas we had the night before. YUM! And the kids could not stop eating the chips even before we made them into nachos.

Nachos are one of my favorites and this recipe is delicious. Sooo much better than the fatty nachos that I used to love. Thank you sooooooooo much!!!

So happy with this recipe! Had no idea what to do for dinner and had a very empty fridge. These nachos saved the day—delicious!

The homemade baked chips were great! We made a few batches and tried different spices out instead of salt.

I’ve made these several times now, and I love them more each time I make them. This is a quick and healthy snack that pulls together in no time at all!
