A slightly spicy chicken dish.
In a zipper topped bag, place all of the ingredients except 2 tablespoons each of chopped green onions and cilantro. Turn to coat. Refrigerate 3 hours – but no longer than 24 hours.
Preheat a grill to medium. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 5 minutes per side, turning until cooked thoroughly. Serve garnised with reserved onion and cilantro.
LC serving suggestion: Serve with steamed or grilled asparagus and a big green salad.
You can also add whole wheat couscous.
If you are Kosher their are no changes.
Gluten free: make sure wine or juice and vinegar are gluten free.
