In a small bowl mix the lemon and lime juices together. Then add garlic, cumin, crushed red peppers and chili powder to the juice.
Remove fat from pork chops and place in a Ziploc bag. Add lemon-lime mixture and seal bag.
Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Grill at medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until slightly pink in the middle.
