Description

Marinated pork loin chops in lemon juice and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Pork Loin Chops (1/4-1/2 Lb)
  • ¼ cups Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Basil, Dried
  • ½ teaspoons Balsalmic Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoons Oregano, Dried
  • ½ teaspoons Thyme, Dried
  • ⅛ teaspoons Black Pepper

Preparation

Marinate pork loin chops in the remaining ingredients for a minimum of 4 hours.

Cook using preferred method (grill, broil*, pan fry) until meat thermometer reads 160°F.

*If using a double broiler, cook for about 10 minutes, then turn and cook 10 minutes more.

This was really good. It was too cold to grill, so I doubled the recipe, but only used two pork chops, then baked it in the oven (in the sauce) for 30ish mins at 400′. Great flavor change from the usual pork chop recipes!!
