Description

This healthy pasta is bursting with flavor, and it’s made with ingredients from your very own garden!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pasta
  • 8 whole Plum Tomatoes, Halved
  • 6 whole Basil Leaves, Roughly Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 2 pinches Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • ½ cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

In a large pot, boil the pasta. Once the pasta is done, drain, and pour into a large bowl.

Add the tomatoes, basil, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper. Toss to combine all the ingredients.

Sprinkle the shredded parmesan on top, and enjoy!

Makes 4 servings.

Very simple and versatile recipe. I doubled the lemon juice and olive oil, added a splash of balsamic vinegar and a bit of chopped fresh garlic. I also put extra basil in the salad. A perfect side for summer time dinner.
