This meal has only three ingredients and you can do so much with the meat. It’s healthy and delicious. I served with it with whole wheat tortillas and shredded cheese.
In a large skillet, add the onion and turkey and cook over medium heat.
While the meat is cooking, chop up the turkey with a spatula so that the pieces crumble.
When meat is done, add the lemon juice to the top of the meat.
