Recipe sound great but a bit heavy on the butter. I am going to try and lighten it up. Plan is to brush the fish with olive oil and sprinkle with s&p. Will use the butter in sauce as written. Will lighten up the butter mixed in the topping too. I’ll post results… I am sure all that butter would taste great but…..

This was good, but not super fabulous. My husband said not to add it into our rotation. I liked it, but thought it was a little bland.

This was wonderful! I used salmon about an inch thick. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the flavor was fantasic. I used Panko bread crumbs instead of regular bread crumbs for extra crisp on top. I’ll be making this recipe often. Thanks for sharing. :)

I’m not a huge fan of fish so this was just ok to me, but my husband loved it, so I had to rate it a ‘5’ for that reason alone! I switched it up a bit and substituted crushed Ritz crackers for the breadcrumbs and we both really liked the topping. It was an easy meal, thanks for posting it! I used whiting by the way.
