Description

My best friend taught me this recipe for the best chicken ever! Goes with anything.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Spaghetti Sauce
  • ⅓ cups Mayonnaise
  • 4 whole Chicken Breasts
  • ½ cups Italian Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Mix the spaghetti sauce and mayo in a medium bowl. Place the chicken in the mixture and cover. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Mix bread crumbs and cheese in a small bowl. After 30 minutes, coat the chicken with the bread crumb mix and place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 425 F for 40-45 minutes. Serve with twice baked potatoes and a green salad. Enjoy!

Mmm…looks tasty, Tracie! I’m curious as to how the spaghetti sauce-marinated chicken tastes, so I may have to give this one a try

I also use 5-6 chicken tenders for this recipe. They cook a little faster.

My best friend and I used to make this when I was in high school and I hadn’t seen this recipe in years. I was so excited to find it. The Parmesan Cheese was a great addition. This chicken really is moist and flavorful. Thanks!
