Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9″x13″ baking dish with cooking spray.
Prepare pasta according to package directions. When done, drain it.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add in Rotel and Velveeta. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Stir in chicken, soup, sour cream, chili powder and cumin. Add the cooked and drained pasta and stir. Spoon mixture into the prepared baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
