Cut as much fat as you can from the pork roast. Make 1 inch slits all over the pork. Rub the salts all over the pork and into the slits. Don’t forget to get all the nooks and crannies!
Put the pork roast into a slow cooker, pour the liquid smoke on top and rub it around.
Put the lid on, turn on low and let it cook 14 hours or until you can shred it with a fork. Remove roast from slow cooker, shred meat making sure to remove any excess fat. Add the drippings for extra flavor and yumminess!
