Description

Sweet merciful is this pizza amazing! It’s slightly spicy and fantastically creamy. You will feel as though you’ve died and gone to heaven. This will become your new family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Prepared Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup Jarred Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Thinly Sliced Onion
  • 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1-½ cup Cooked Breaded Chicken, Cubed
  • 4 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • ½ pounds Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ pounds Grated Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

1. Heat skillet over medium high heat with olive oil. Saute onions and jalapeno for 5-10 minutes. The longer you cook the jalapenos, the less heat they will have. Take off the heat and set aside. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Spread pizza dough out to fit a 14 inch pizza pan. Spread alfredo sauce over dough. Set aside.
3. Top pizza with sauteed onions and jalapenos, bacon and breaded chicken.
4. Continue topping the pizza with dollops of cream cheese, grated mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
6. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.

This sounds wonderful. I am definitely going to try this. The only problem is I don’t know if my husband will eat it!

We didn’t love this pizza. I think the alfredo sauce was the problem for us, but the idea was great and maybe we’ll try it a different way.
