Italian Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Description
A light and flavorful version of a down home favorite!
Ingredients
- 2-½ pounds 93% Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- ⅛ cups Dehydrated Minced Onions
- 3 Tablespoons Italian Sausage Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spray a muffin tin with Pam. Fill all 12 muffin cups with the mixture. Add a swirl of ketchup to the top if desired. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes.
I find using a 50/50 combination of 93% ground turkey and lean beef in lieu of turkey only to be just as fabulous.
