Description

Makes a delicious, moist chicken with little mess or preparation.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • ¼ cups Butter Or Margarine, Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Adobo Seasoning (garlic, Salt And Pepper Blend)
  • ⅓ cups Italian Dressing
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 13×9 pan with cooking spray.

2. Lay chicken breasts in a pan. Pour the rest of the ingredients over the chicken in the order listed.

3. Bake for 1 hour or until done.

I served this with steamed broccoli and oven-roasted potatoes. I tossed the potatoes in melted butter, adobo seasoning and sprinkled them with Parmesan cheese, then baked them in a separate pan along side the chicken. The size you cut your potatoes will determine how long they need to cook.

I’ve made this twice now and we all love it. Easy and delicious! When I didnt have adobo, I just used salt, pepper and garlic and it’s still excellent.

LOVE this recipe. So quick– it’s a perfect weeknight dish! If you have time, grate the Parmesan fresh. YUM.

This is a tasty and super easy dish. It is great for those nights when you are not in the mood to cook. Just throw this in a baking dish and put together a salad and you are all set.

I always love dishes where the oven does the hard work for me, and this is one of our favorites. So easy, and the dressing and butter keep the chicken nice and moist. I even did the potatoes the recipe suggested to go with them. A great, easy meal!
