Description
We got this recipe from friends in … Iowa! Everyone likes this. The pork chops are juicy and are perfect for grilling in the summer. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Sauce
- ¾ cups Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 6 whole Boneless, Thick Pork Chops
Preparation
1. Combine the lemon juice, chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar and garlic and mix well. Pour marinade over the pork chops, cover, and refrigerate overnight or all day.
2. Grill 10 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade, and serve.
3. Discard any unused marinade before you serve.
