Description

This sandwich is ridiculously easy and always a crowd-pleaser. Whether it is made for a Superbowl party or for a cold wintery day, it always hits the spot!

Ingredients

  • Butter (Room Temperature)
  • 4 whole Kaiser Rolls, Sliced
  • 1 whole White Onion, Chopped
  • 1 pound Krakas Ham, Sliced Paper Thin
  • 1 pound Munchee Or Muenster Cheese, Sliced
  • Aluminum Foil

Preparation

*Preheat the oven to 400.

*Take the sliced roll, open it and place it insides facing up. Butter the insides and then sprinkle chopped onions on the butter of either the top or the bottom or if you are feeling spunky, both!

*Place a healthy amount of ham on the bottom of the bun and then put two slices of cheese on the ham. Put the top on the cheese.

*Take a medium sheet of aluminum foil and place the sandwich in the middle of the sheet. Roll the foil up the sides and center, so that the sandwich is encased in the foil.

* Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.

Remove from foil, and enjoy!
