A salmon that is tasty and healthy and easy to make! This uses only 3 spices: coriander, cumin, and red chili powder, all of which are available at your regular supermarket.

Whole salmon, stuffed with a rustic mixture of kale, radicchio, shiitake and button mushrooms is oven poached in white wine, lemon and stone ground mustard. The cooking liquid is then used to make a sauce which is a perfect finish for this elegant dish.

These scallops may not be considered comfort food but they will definitely make a bad day much better!

Battered and rolled around in panko, these nuggets are super easy and equally delicious!

I made this last night for dinner! The only thing I didn’t have on hand were the walnuts so I left those out. Delicious!

Looks great. I’m always trying to find new things to do with salmon. Thanks!

Made this the other nite, always looking for new ways to make salmon, sad to say this is not one of them. Maybe the bread crumbs changed the taste, not sure we just didnt care for it that much.

Tried this recipe on the weekend and it was amazing! So simple and quick to make too! I chucked a fresh slice of white bread into the blender for fresh breadcrumbs, used oregano instead of parsley, and left out the pecan nuts – it was delicious! Thanks for the great recipe!
