Preheat oven to 350°. Salt and pepper pork chops on both sides and dredge in flour. Shake off excess flour. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat the bottom of a skillet with oil. Brown chops on both sides until golden brown. In a sauce pan, combine butter, honey, lemon juice, and soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Place pork chops in a 9 x 13 baking pan and pour sauce over the top of the chops. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until juices run clear, basting occasionally.
